East Leigh u12 Ninjas suffered heartbreak when they conceded late on to lose their first league game of the season.

Ninjas started the game well and created a couple of early opportunities but conceded when a Crosfields played picked up the ball and hit a hopeful shot from 25 yards out which curled over Brandon into the top corner.

Ninjas soon equalised, Blake playing a long ball forward which the Crosfield defence failed to deal with and Jacob capitalised. He powered through 1v1 with the keeper and finished coolly into the bottom corner.

Half Time 1 - 1

Ninjas started the second half as the team on top and created a few opportunities before Jacob placed an inch perfect pass in behind which Ben latched onto before composing himself and placing into the bottom corner.

Unfortunately however Ninjas were their own worst enemy and twice played themselves into trouble while trying to play out from the back conceding two very soft goals.
